Special note about makeup appointments: An in person consult, vendor contract signing, and deposit are required to secure all makeup appointments.  For this reason the consult must by scheduled by phone at 417-496-8796 or by email through the Talk To Me page of our website.  This will allow us to check our schedule and ensure we have your event date available before your consult is scheduled. 

Scheduling and Cancelation Policy
Do to the fact that esthetic treatments do require a
minimum of twenty minutes preparation time all appointments must be
scheduled at least one hour in advance.  Also, to prevent the loss of
product cost and income all appointments must be canceled or
rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.  Appointments canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a fee.  It is understood that there are
unforeseen circumstances that may arise to cause late notice.  For this
reason, fees will be applied on a case by case basis based on
circumstance and client’s frequency of canceling. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting us to let us know will be considered a “no-show.”  One occurrence will be allowed without penalty.  All other occurrences will result in future services being prepaid for at the time of booking. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
